Wound Support, Brought to the Patient

Wounds often need consistent attention over time. Greatfaith offers wound care as one of its core services, delivered where the patient lives.

Our focus is on careful assessment, following the plan of care, monitoring how a wound is progressing, and coordinating with the people involved in the patient's care. What is appropriate depends on the patient's clinical needs, and we recommend a higher level of care when that is the right step.
